Patient statements contain a phone number for your patients to call us if they have questions about their insurance benefits or outstanding balances. This alleviates your practice from having to perform the administrative task of mailing out statements as well as the time it takes to respond to patient inquires.

Denial Management

Our system tracks all claims until they are paid. If a claim is rejected or denied, it will be automatically flagged in our system and appropriate corrective action will be taken until the issue is resolved.

Accounts Receivable

Omni pursues all claims until they are paid. Our software tracks claim status and provides a dashboard view for easy and effective management of accounts receivable. Reports of your practice’s accounts receivable are available for you to view over the web on a HIPAA complaint, password protected web portal.

Management of EOBs and ERAs

We streamline the payment process with the use of electronic remittance advice (ERAs). When ERAs are not available from an insurance carrier, we take responsibility for manually posting all payments.
